Follow this quick reset flow to get moving, feel refreshed, work out the kinks, and check off that box for the day.
PS. Shorten each of these to just 1 minute to make it a 5 minute reset, or complete 2 - 1 minute rounds if you'd like to change it up a little.
Remember that as you do these you should be focusing on breathing through your nose and keeping your mouth closed. Also, do not move into pain. If anything hurts, let us know and we will help you make a modification.
Why Press RESET?
As babies we naturally grow and progress into healthy adults through a series of movements which build and strengthen us. Over time we pick up bad habits – causing unhealthy posture, pain, excessive aging, and weight gain.
In order to return to the body to a healthy, natural state we must Press RESET and then build strength through consistent, habitual movement. You don’t need a big fancy gym or tons of equipment, you just need you, a good mindset, and a simple plan.
