so how does the strong & able challenge work?

The Strong and Able Challenge kicks off on the morning of Monday, January 13th. At that time, you’ll start your 6-week training program at your preferred location and begin tracking your daily habits.

Week 1 - Jan 13 - Kick off night
Week 2 - Jan 20 - Nutrition & Food Skills
Week 3 - Jan 27 - Habitual Strength & Pressing RESET
Week 4 - Feb 3 -  Ultimate Challenge Night 
Week 5 - Feb 10 - Being Present & Time Management
Week 6 - Feb 17 - CELEBRATION WEEK - Living Without limits 

We’ll provide all the support you need, including a tracking sheet, digital resources, a Facebook group, and more!

Move Objective

Train 3 times per week

Our program uses a wide range of functional movements to help you build strength and balance, boost your metabolism, and improve your mobility. We’ll explain each workout and guide you through every exercise, and most importantly, we'll start where you are.

Eat Objective

Eat whole, healthy food

This objective is broken down to some simple 'eat this' steps which give you freedom to enjoy your meals and not stress over food choices.  

You'll follow our nutritionist approved, balanced meal formula to the best of your ability and avoid fast food, sodas, and added sugars. This objective will boost your energy and improve your body composition. Please see the your resources page for info.

Self Care Objective

Take time for yourself and others

You’ll perform one of these activities every day:
• Give someone a hug
• Go on a date
• Spend quality time with a child
• Read a non-fiction book for 10 min
• Ask someone how you can help them (and then do it!)
• Complete an act of service (pick up trash, gift a coffee, volunteer, etc.)

This objective will enhance your personal growth.

Reset Objective

Press reset for 5 minutes every day

You’ll “press reset” every day with one of these options:

Use our daily restoration plan (or choose your own)
• Take a walk by yourself for 5 minutes without your phone
• Meditate for 5 minutes
• Dance / rock out to your favorite song

This objective will enhance your rest and recovery.
