This all inclusive, global health and habits program will focus on just 4 simple tasks over the course of 21-days to help you get back in the groove and feel better than ever.


The program is as simple as the implementation, as it revolves around:

- Time spent moving each day (we'll give you some workouts to do at home or you can do your own)
- Sitting down to eat a balanced meal (something that many people skip, but helps us to unwind, eat more mindfully, and reduces the likelihood of overeating)
- Reducing screen time (seems impossible in these times, but we've got some tricks for you)
- Adding your own little “razzle dazzle” by tackling something you know YOU personally need to work on, but have been putting off. (That's right, we actually customize this program specifically to you!)

-- And the most important element of all – accountability – is something we jump in and help provide through a group of supportive and like-minded people going through the same challenge, weekly check ins, and more.

So what happens once you get signed up?

After committing to the challenge you'll receive an email with your challenge prep guide, and daily tracker, and access to your challenge account and some of the resources (you'll get the rest of the resources on July 20th when the program officially opens).  We'll ask you to complete an entry questionnaire to help us get to know you a bit more and to help you gauge progress.  

Then on Monday, you'll begin working on completing your daily tasks (there are 6 of them) and you'll record how many you are able to do each day.  At the end of the week you'll report back to us on how regularly you were able to execute the daily tasks and let us know how you're feeling.  We'll review and be available to help along the way. 

At the end of the 3 weeks you'll complete an exit questionnaire and be in the running to become our overall Challenge Champ.  The champ status is based on your consistency and participation throughout the program so make sure you stick with it.
