Habitual Strength

Understanding habitual strength is a key factor for the Strong and Able Challenge to be successful in your life.

It's so important that Tim actually took time to write a whole book about it, it's actually a favorite of mine. Habitual Strength takes the reader through simple changes they can make in order to create good, daily habits of movement. It includes daily movement routines designed to return the body's God-given strength and he's even some grocery shopping tips aimed at building healthy habits of choice.

Really, this challenge is somewhat born out of this book.

You see, we are all about you how to implement simple tasks into your everyday life and showing you that doing just a little each day, can go a very long way.

It's simple math really - If you did even just 10 pushups a day, you'd be 3,650 pushups stronger by the end of the year.  When is the last year that you can say you completed 3,650 pushups?

These tasks may seem too simple, too little, or may seem like they are just too easy to make a big impact, but what about when you add them all up over the course of the a few months or a year?

Do you see where I'm going here?

These things we're proposing for you may seem easy to do and that in itself presents us with the fact that it also means these things are easy NOT to do too.

There is another book that is very good and talks about this concept called, The Slight Edge.  I came across this video that does a GREAT job at explaining how important it its to do the little things right and I think it would be very helpful for to watch.

Check it out and see how you can apply this concept into your life.
