Resets at Work

Did you know you can Press RESET anywhere?! Even at your desk!

Actually, we highly recommend doing this every day, maybe even a few times throughout your day.  And you know what, it's easy and takes 2 minutes or less.

By taking the time to move your body at your desk each day you will help refresh your brain and refocus, as well as work out kinks and soreness that sets in from long periods of time in the same position.

You can do these movements sitting down or standing.

 

Try this:

  • 3 Deep Diaphragmatic breaths
  • 10 Head Nods - up and down
  • 10 Head Rotations - side to side
  • 3 Seated Rotations each side - sit at the edge of your chair and look to the wall behind you and let your body follow around with you.
  • 30 cross crawls
