Join us for our 6 Week Thanksliving Edition of the Strong and Able Challenge beginning on Monday, Nov 1st!
We will have our first IN PERSON meeting on the first night of the challenge where we can answer questions and help you make sure you're on track to be successful through the challenge and get to know our community. Then we'll have weekly VIRTUAL meetings on Monday nights to help stay on top of things.
This all inclusive health and fitness program will focus on 4 simple objectives over the course of the 6 weeks to help you feel more strong and able, and feeling better than ever.
We will focus on moving more (1) with the support of our coaching team and your fellow challengers, eating balanced meals (2) with our Balanced Meal Formula, Take time to practice GRATITUDE 3), Press RESET (4).
The goals are to:

The program is open to all ages, fitness levels, and body types.
